The architectural concept emphasizes a modern appearance and seamless integration into the surrounding environment. The building has a rectangular footprint, a gabled roof, and a single-story layout with use of the attic space. Both the façades and the roof are clad in profiled or perforated metal panels in a silvery-white color, giving the building an elegant and contemporary look.

The main function of the building is the information center, which features glazing toward the street and a vertically extended space into the roof structure. This creates a clear and welcoming entrance area, providing visitors with information about the site and access to the second floor, where the exhibition space is located.

The information center employs a transparent structure that opens up views of the Jizera River and strengthens the visual connection with the surrounding environment. The aesthetic appeal of the building is enhanced by circular windows in the gable walls, which provide natural interior lighting. The attic gallery, accessible via a wooden staircase, is open up to the roof ridge and illuminated by skylights, creating a high-quality exhibition space.

At the rear of the building is a boat storage area with garage doors for easy access. A visually striking feature is the sliding perforated metal cladding, which decorates the glazed sections of the building and the garage doors. These panels serve as protection, ensure privacy, and provide shading, while maintaining a visual connection with the exterior.
