Vertical extension

The GLIN study explores the design of rooftop extensions to prefabricated panel housing blocks in the Brno–Kohoutovice district as an alternative to further development of open green areas. The project addresses a group of seven residential buildings, for which vertical extensions are proposed alongside a comprehensive redesign of the façades and the adjacent public space.
